Wave Suites and Wave Office are move-in ready office space with more flexible leasing terms than at Carr Properties' existing locations, while still enjoying the amenities of said locations. I designed the entire suite, from logo through to digital pieces such as emails and website floor plans, pulling Carr's existing branding into something new and distinct.
